Join instructor Maggie Peterson for a series of beginner-friendly printmaking workshops—no previous experience is required. Throughout the series, you’ll explore four exciting printmaking techniques: linocut, collagraph, Gelli plate monotypes, and screen printing.
All tools and materials are provided, so you can simply come ready to create. Register for
individual workshops or enroll in the full series to experience each unique printmaking
technique.

Meet your teacher: Maggie Peterson

Maggie Peterson is an artist who graduated from MSU Moorhead with a degree in Fine Art with an emphasis in Printmaking. She enjoys creating a wide variety of artwork with people of all ages. Maggie has created art programming with the Detroit Lakes Community Center in the Holmes Theater and The Boys and Girls Club of Detroit Lakes. She also works in the Art Department at Lakeshirts making artwork for Tshirts. She has participated in multiple art exhibitions including Hawley Art Shows, Lakes Region Arts Council Art Shows, New York Mills Cultural Center Shows, and MacRostie Art Center Shows.
