Join us backstage for Flight Notes featuring Clayton Ryan with Molly Brandt!
Savor a thoughtfully curated flight of hors d’oeuvres, paired perfectly with an exclusive, intimate live performance. Flight Notes is artists who bring in new, original music up close and personal.
About Clayton: Minnesota native alt-country performer Clayton Ryan is made of a different kind of soil. Building his career the hard way, without streaming buzz, label backing, or financial support, he has honed a powerful, homegrown voice by winning fans one stage at a time in honky-tonks and venues across the country. A seasoned songwriter, performer, and multi-instrumentalist, Ryan’s work has appeared in TV and film including NASCAR, Walker, NFL Sunday Night Football, and The Outdoor Channel, and he has shared stages with artists such as John Michael Montgomery, Jo Dee Messina, Collin Raye, Flatland Cavalry, and Liam St. John.
About Molly: Many of Brandt’s songs are vividly set in the Midwest, reflecting all its seasons, from the summery “Bluff Country Paradise” to the chill of “Old Northern Woman.” But her lyrics resonate broadly. They tell American stories—of blue-collar struggles, hard-won revels at dive bars, wide-open country and long car rides, and heartache, disillusionment, and revenge.
Tickets: $35 includes hors d’oeuvres. Cash bar available.
Clayton Ryan is Project 412’s newest Artist in Residence. This project is supported in part by Arts Midwest, which receives support in part from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
