UPDATE (Sept 11) Front Street, in front of DLPD has been reopened to cross Summit Ave into our parking lot. The alley behind the DL Police Department into our South entrance access will be closing in the next day or so. The other option is off of Oak Grove, "behind" our buildings remains open.
