Living in Detroit Lakes\, she draws inspiration from the changing seasons and the amazing beauty in the lakes area. She has also been inspired by working with her many students\, helping them find a unique vision and voice within their art. Linda holds a BFA in Visual Arts with a concentration in drawing and painting\, and a BS in Art Education from Moorhead State University. Using these degrees\, Linda has taught for 40 years in K-12 visual arts. Some pieces are very basic while others are very out-of-the-box interesting. I approach each turning with an open mind and a flexible plan\, as sometimes my bowl really wants to be a plate. My wife and I work together—she handles a lot of the staining and finishing\, while I focus on building. We have never created the same piece twice. DESCRIPTION:Historic Holmes Theatre\, 806 Summit Ave\, Detroit Lakes\, MN 56501\, USA \n\n\nCome see our local youth perform Cinderella on the Holmes stage! \nPerformances: Friday\, July 17 at 6pm and Saturday\, July 18 at 10:30am \nCost: $7 Adults and $5 Students \nTickets Here \nThe Missoula Children’s Theatre presents CINDERELLA\, an original adaptation of the classic fairy tale. A pumpkin coach\, Prince Charming\, a glass slipper and a dream come true are woven together with the help of the Fairy Godmother in this enchanting musical. When Cinderella’s stepsisters try to keep Cinderella from attending the ball\, the Fairy Godmother enlists the help of the Mice and the Pumpkins and is able to transform Cinderella just in time for the big event. Also featured in the production are Cleo the Cat\, Fido the Dog\, the Lords and Ladies\, the Town Criers\, the King and the Buskers. Experience the unique twist the Missoula Children’s Theatre puts on this classic story.
