Running, walking, swimming, biking, cardio machines and inline skating

Weights, Push-ups, Pull-ups, Sit-ups

Basketball, football, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, dance and Wii games
(Activities can be done on your own or with friends, through organized sports, or through DLCCC programs and group fitness classes)
A max of 12 hours per week can be logged.
