February is Hearth Health Month, so here is a list of cardiovascular exercises that can help improve your health and lower your risk for a heart attack. • Running/Walking on Treadmill • Pedaling on a Recumbent Bike • Working on the Elliptical • Swimming Laps in the Pool • Jumping Rope • Rowing Machine Make sure to supplement cardiovascular exercise with weight training for maximum effect in caloric burn, fitness gains and weight loss.
