House Policies
Parking
In addition to the DLCCC parking lot, parking is available on surrounding streets, one block north on Summit in the Becker
County Human Services parking lot, and two blocks east in the Washington Square Mall parking lot.
Doors
House doors generally open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Patrons are welcome to arrive earlier than that and browse our
gallery displays, sample concessions or simply wait in the lobby.
Pagers & Cellular Phones
All pagers and cellular phones should be either turned off or set to silent mode out of courtesy to the artists and other patrons.
Photography & Recording
Absolutely no photography or recording devices of any kind are permitted in the theater, including camera cell phones.
Leave No Seat Empty
If you are unable to attend a performance, please notify the Box Office prior to the show. Although no refunds will be given, you can receive a tax credit for the value of your tickets, and you will give someone the opportunity to attend a spectacular performance. You can even specify that your tickets be given to students.
Latecomers
We attempt to begin all performances on time. Latecomers will be seated by the ushers during the first convenient pause in the program.
