SilverSneakers 10+ Club

The DLCCC would like to award SilverSneakers members for reaching participation milestones. Each month you check-in to the facility 10 or more times, you can receive your choice of a DLCCC $5 gift card or a free Day Pass. Those reaching 10 visits a month will have their name posted on the SilverSneakers board (1 month delayed due to report) & can pick up their gift card or Day Pass at the Front Desk. SilverSneakers Classes

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOTION (SilverSneakers I)

Tuesdays and Thursdays
10:30 – 11:15 a.m.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

YOGA STRETCH

Mondays and Wednesdays
9:30-10:15 a.m.
Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

All classes held upstairs in the DLCCC Aerobics Room.

Why did participants join the program?
