Nancy’s workout tip: VARIETY! Don’t get stuck in the habit of doing the same exercise routine over and over again. The body is designed to conserve energy. This means once it adapts to an activity it will burn fewer calories and not give you the results you want!

Angie’s Fitness Tip: Have a workout partner. It is harder to skip a day at the gym when you know someone will be waiting for you. Challenge each other to work harder and keep going when you feel like stopping. A partner can be great motivation and make exercising more enjoyable.
