The DLCCC membership guidelines:
Family rates apply to married couples or two domestic partners and their dependent children up to the age of 23. It also applies to a single parent and the multiple dependent children up to the age of 23 all residing at the same permanent address.

Senior Citizen discount applies to any person who is a minimum of 62 years of age. For couples, at least one member of the married couple or domestic partner must be a minimum of 62 years of age. The discount is only applicable to the annual member rates.

Couple rates apply to married couples or domestic partners or single parent and dependent child up to 23 years of age both residing at the same permanent address

Cancellations

Medical Cancellation: You may cancel this contract for medical reasons. Your doctor must provide certification that your use of the club facilities and services would impair your health. A cancellation fee may apply.

Relocation Cancellation: You may cancel this contract if you permanently move your residence more than 35 miles away from the facility. A cancellation fee may apply.

Cancelling your Contract: If you choose to cancel your membership for reasons other than medical or relocation, you will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee. A 30 day notice is required on all cancellations prior to the next billing date in order to process all termination paperwork.
